Pay & Perks:

  • $16.50–$20.50/hr depending on experience and shift
  • Paid training!

  • Work close to home (San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, etc.)
  • PPE provided & safety protocols enforced


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide companionship & conversation
  • ​​​​​​​Help with bathing, grooming & dressing
  • Meal prep, light housekeeping & errands
  • Medication reminders & transportation
  • Specialized care (Alzheimer’s, hospice – we train you!)

Requirements:

  • A kind heart and a desire to help seniors
  • Driver’s license & auto insurance (you’ll need to drive)
  • Able to pass a background check, TB test & drug screen
  • ​​​​​​​HCA registered or willing to register (we’ll assist!)
