PT Resident at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Must have a Bachelors Degree Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana as a physical therapist. If eligible for licensure must obtain license within 3 months of employment. Must be certified in CPR by American Heart or American Red Cross or must become certified within 90 days of employment. Must maintain certification according to expiration date. American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds assist with 100 pounds may be required to push up to 300 pounds.
