JOB TYPE (Hours of Operations M~Sat 10am-6pm)
Team Member trainee for Grazologist (Creative Artist for Charcuterie Boards & Boxes)
Part-time position available with shift and schedule
Flextime with day or before closing shifts and partial weekends or events.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Artfully decorate and arrange our unique take on catering and made to order charcuterie boards based on easy-to-follow training and build sheets that is created with artisanal meats, premium cheese, chocolates, sweets, fruits and vegetables.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction online/in person.
Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register.
Prepare and deliver food (and beverages) according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the overall prep and store area.
Oversee credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
SKILLS
Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of food service procedures and standards.
Ability to upsell products and increase sales.
Proficient in using a register and handling credit card transactions.
Experience with keeping cleanliness in a kitchen setting.
Strong transaction handling skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with the food industry and basic food safety practices.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and transaction handling.
Experience with Toast POS system is a plus.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
Legally eligible to work within the state of Texas and federal guidelines,18 years or older.
Valid Texas driver's license & good driving records to complete delivery/setup as required.
Comfortable communicating with clients in person, via phone or emails.
ServSafe Certified (preferred but not required (must be obtained during training per Texas requirements).
Must have the ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to work independently as well as other team members/leaders.
Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
