Job Summary
The Chanel Manager, North America, will manage sales operations functions. In this role, he/she will project manage the ERP/CRM systems system implementation. Liaison with Sales Operations in Ukraine, and sales related operational initiatives worldwide. This individual will have strong analytical & statistical skills, and will have prior experience with ERP/CRM systems. As a customer-facing role, he/she will l have excellent customer service skills with a firm but engaging style of communications. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the ERP/CRM systems system implementation, training, and maintenance
- Liaison with Sales Operations management in Ukraine, and sales related operational initiatives worldwide
- Manage the sales quote process and related activities
- Work with marketing on related sales operations projects
- Establish sales support operational objectives, policies, procedures
- Drive the strategy and success of sales operations projects that expand cross-functionally
- Drive other projects as needed by management or as business needs change
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MS/MBA a plus
- Minimum 7 years of similar sales operation experience
- Prior management experience required, a plus if worked with global teams
- Strong knowledge of various sales systems, ERP, CRM, order entry, order processing and interface to finance, sales operations & marketing
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to build sales or financial models/scenarios
- Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally

The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
