The Day Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading team members during assigned shifts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, staff accountability, and a positive customer experience.

• Supervise and support team members throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and service efficiency to meet operational standards
• Provide real-time coaching and direction to employees to maintain performance expectations
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and break management
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift summaries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
