Schedule: Evening Shift 12:30-9:00pm
Reports To: Senior Director of Surgical Services

Are you a dynamic and experienced RN leader ready to make a meaningful impact in surgical care? Join our team as the Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.

Job Summary:

• Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
• Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure required.
• Active BLS certification.
• ACLS Required
• CNOR Preferred
• Proven experience in Surgical Services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and healthcare technologies.
