Job Description

SUMMARY The Sales Team Member will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Team Member demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

OTHER DUTIES

Assimilate into The Love.Life culture through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements of company core values and tenets. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Love.Life from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Attendance standard for salaried exempt team members is dedicating adequate time to fulfill the duties outlined in this job description equal to, or more than 40 hours per workweek.

Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the business.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
