Certified Billing & Coding Professional - Satellite Clinic at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an experienced certified medical practice biller/coder to work in our Centralized Billing Office. A coding certification through AAPC, AHIMA, or NHA is a must.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience coding, charge entry, collections, insurance claim denials, posting insurance and patient payments, and keeping the A/R at an acceptable percentage. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the biller will work closely with our Physician Network clinics as an integral part of the team. Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, and ICD-10 and CPT, HCPCS coding is a must. Departmental training will be provided upon successful completion of the hiring process.
