SUPERVISOR, LABORATORY at Southeastern Health – Lumberton, North Carolina

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or a science related to clinical medicine and with formal hospital-based internship and registration as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or recognized equivalent certification).

Incumbent will be required to successfully complete a laboratory orientation program.

Thorough knowledge of standard laboratory techniques and laboratory works of assigned section gained through at least 5 years of work experience as a staff Medical Technologist.

Demonstrated organizational and communications skills and leadership potential.

Each applicant who advances to peer interview will be given a competency test which must be completed with accuracy of 80% or higher.

Above with Master=s Degree, or a Specialty Registry.

Management and supervisory education/training/experience.
