What You'll Do

As an H&H Project Manager, you'll lead drainage and hydrologic/hydraulic engineering projects from concept through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple H&H and drainage projects from proposal through final delivery
Developing innovative, practical engineering solutions for complex challenges
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders
Leading project teams of engineers and technical staff
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Ensuring quality, accuracy, and technical excellence on every project
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across land development projects
Assisting with business development and helping secure new opportunities
Mentoring and developing junior engineers and technical staff
Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas, or the ability to obtain within six months
7–10+ years of Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) and drainage engineering experience
Proven experience managing engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience with industry-standard engineering and design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
