Packer at Bush Brothers Provision Co., LLC. – WEST PALM BEACH, Florida

Position: Packer

Schedule: Monday through Saturday,

Summer: 5 am to 2 pm

Season: 4 am to 2 pm (November through May)

Salary: Pay for this job starts at $15.50/hr. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available.

• Packaging to exact order or stock specifications with speed and accuracy.
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of the finished product.
• Set up and/or breakdown of equipment, restocking supplies.
• Participate in daily sanitation of processing spaces.
• Follow all SSOP and GMPs.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with health, sanitation, and legal regulations.

• Long-term standing is required.
• Must be able to lift, pull/push, and carry up to 65 pounds for short distances.
• Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures.
• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in a fast-paced workplace helpful (Kitchen, Manufacturing, etc).
• Military experience is a big plus.
