Position Summary
Talantage is seeking an experienced associate attorney (4+ years) to join our clients growing Antitrust Team within the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and complex matters while collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a broad range of antitrust matters, including:
    • Government enforcement investigations
    • Merger review and filings
    • Antitrust counseling and compliance
  • Manage and coordinate Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and related merger control issues.
  • Support clients across diverse industries by providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy, client communications, and project management.
  • Contribute to all phases of antitrust litigation and investigations, including research, drafting, discovery, and oral advocacy as needed.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in antitrust law (counseling, investigations, and/or litigation).
  • HSR Act filing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior government agency experience (e.g., FTC, DOJ Antitrust Division) is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice in DC
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to provide law school transcript.
