New Graduate RN - Critical Care Fellowship at Rochester Regional Health – ROCHESTER, New York

• Months 1–10: Medical-Surgical CoreStrengthen your bedside nursing foundation while attending Nurse Residency Program with embedded Critical Care Fundamentals.
• Month 11: Step-Down Orientation
  Orient to Step-down intermediate unit with targeted support and begin our Critical Care Bootcamp.
• Month 12: Critical Care Transition
  Orient to Critical care. Work one-on-one with an ICU preceptor, complete specialty-focused fellowship modules, and begin interview process for potential placement.

• Progressive learning and skill-building from med-surg to step-down to critical care.
• Ongoing mentorship from expert nurses.
• Specialty training through bootcamps and fellowship modules.
• Opportunity to prepare for and pursue critical care roles upon successful completion.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $38.66 - $51.91
