Full Time Temporary/Seasonal Maintenance in Rockford, Illinois at Kelley Williamson Company

Kelley Williamson Co is looking for Full Time Seasonal Maintenance workers to perform light maintenance and repairs to our Kelley's Market locations and dealer sites. The position would begin as soon as weather permits and continue until the weather no longer permits. This timeframe is normally between April and October.

Duties Include:

· Painting of both interior and exterior structures

· Light repairs in and around structures

· Parking lot repairs, ie, pothole fills.

· Cleaning interior and exterior area of the building which may include refrigerated areas

· Weeding grassy and mulched areas

· Power washing parking lots and car washes

· Regularly lifting 30lbs.

· Must be able to operate handheld and small power tools, drills, power washer hammer, screwdrivers, etc.

· Must be 21 years and older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

· Must be able to regularly lift 30lbs

· This position requires constant movement - i.e. walking, standing, lifting

Schedule would be full time Monday through Friday with a start time of 7:00 AM. Employees would work rain or shine and may be exposed to the extreme heat as most of the work will be done outside at various locations.
