Weekend Fireguard (FO1 Required) at Custom Protective Services – New York, New York

Custom Protective Services is seeking a security officer with an F-01 to work weekends at a corporate building in Manhattan.

Shift Time:

• Saturday + Sunday 12 PM - 12 AM
• Saturday + Sunday 12 AM - 12PM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to stand, walk up and downstairs
• Adhere to all company services and operating standards
• Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
• Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have a valid NYS Security License
• 8hr/16hr certificates
• F-01 Fireguard Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Flexibility in schedule preferred including weekends

Fireguard Starting Salary: $17.00

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
