What You'll Do:

As the Warranty Specialist, youll be the go-to expert for all things warranty-related, bridging the gap between homeowners, manufacturers, and construction teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

Warranty Expertise:
Act as the subject matter expert for all manufacturer warranties.
Provide guidance to community managers and home buying consultants.

Home Inspections:
Conduct punch inspections on homes prepared for purchase.
Ensure homes meet quality standards before buyer closing and move-in.

Move-In Process Coordination:
Partner with sales consultants to walk homes with new buyers before closing.
Ensure homes are defect-free and ready for move-in.

Homeowner Orientation:
Conduct home feature reviews and warranty procedure demonstrations.
Educate buyers on warranty coverage vs. homeowner responsibilities.

Warranty Management:
Manage warranty work orders, including inspections, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate repairs with manufacturers, vendors, and homeowners.
Submit and track warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and billing.

Maintenance experience and familiarity with work order processes.
