About This Position
Description:
The Restorative Partial Hospitalization (RPH) Coordinator provides at least 3 full days of RPH programming per week, more if deemed appropriate by the agency. This person is supervised by the Senior Program Manager of Residential, Employment & Wellness and works in collaboration for program planning and implementation.
Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field. Three years experience working with individuals with psychiatric illness. A commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation. Demonstrated communication and documentation skills. The ability to motivate people and build relationships with colleagues at all levels. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while making important clinical decisions.
