Who We Need
Our business and team are growing. We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our vision of relationship-driven pest management. The ideal candidate should have exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries seamlessly, and proficiency in using CRM systems to document and follow up on customer interactions efficiently.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our commitment to relationship-based pest management. You'll work closely with existing customers, addressing service and billing inquiries to help protect homes and the environment from pests. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with technical proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools, are essential for providing timely, accurate, and effective support to both customers and team members.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and every other Saturday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (April – October and 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (November – March)
What You Get!
Compensation for Customer Service Representatives:
- $18.00-21.00/hour depending on experience level
- 10% commission on accounts saved
- 5% on accounts receivable collected

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, and criminal background check
