SALES PROCESSING CENTER/

COMPUTER ROOM ASSOCIATE

This position is a salaried position that works with a staff of four and the hours the room is open are 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and the staff works varied shifts during the week:

7 am to 3:30 pm 9 am to 5:30 pm 9:30 am to 6 pm

This position processes all wireless orders that are sent in via our outside sales staff. Processing of these orders may include fixing any issues within the order.

The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Working with our sales staff and management team on ordering such as pricing and inventory, special orders and monitoring e mail requests

· Researching and processing credits

· Managing the flow of incoming orders and researching any questionable orders

· Creation of item numbers

· System processing of physical inventory

· Running daily and requested special reports

Requirements:

· Atten tion to detail

· Ability to work and communicate with all internal departments as well as outside sales and management

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and time management skills are a must

· Punctuality is crucial as the early shift of this position opens the system for daily processing

· Must be able to work independently as well as working within a team

· Ability to communicate with sales and management
