Job Overview:

The Supervisor of Physical Therapy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the adult Physical Therapy outpatient rehabilitation department including but not limited to: payroll management, assist in budget development, manage staff schedules, and assist with policy and procedures. This position involves managing patient care, ensuring compliance with regulation, supervising staff and contributing to departmental planning and growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• State of NJ Licensed Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
