Job Description

Objective:

Lead and develop production team members with the goal of fulfilling all internal and external customer
requirements with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of supervision experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the production teams daily activities.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Ensure the completion of the production schedule while meeting or exceeding all safety, quality, delivery and cost
targets.
• Supervise PPAP production orders and communicate possible production concerns to responsible parties.
• Develop strategies to improve safety, quality and efficiency of work performed.
• Ensure timely reporting and system transactions to track Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Create and execute plan to develop and cross train all direct reports.
• Evaluate team members on a regular basis and provide them feedback on performance and behavior.
• Ensure escalation process is followed to drive timely resolution to all issues in regards to safety, quality, delivery
and cost.
• Assist purchasing, scheduling, quality and warehouse team members, as needed, to ensure company and customer
needs are met.
• Adhere to and ensure all team member adhere to company policies, procedures, general work rules, safety rules
and use of safety equipment.
• Be adaptable to changing customer requirements.
• Participate in customer complaint resolution efforts.
• Lead and participate in daily area 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the plant manager.
