Responsibilities:

• Report to the restaurant General Manager and assist in motivating and supervising team members to achieve restaurant performance goals.
• Ensure quality guest service, guest and employee safety, sales, profit, cost management, and compliance with Company operating policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain the necessary staff levels for all positions.
• Assist in orienting and onboarding new hires, ensuring they complete all required training.
• Manage the restaurant operation independently during some scheduled shifts.
• Make daily decisions and provide consistent staff feedback and positive support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading and writing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
