Experienced Plaintiff Trial Attorney Qualifications:

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing and JD
• Personal Injury Trial Experience
• Legal research, negotiation skills, and litigation experience
• Strong understanding of general law practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest and passion for personal injury

Experienced Plaintiff Trial Attorney Description:

Must have significant first chair plaintiff personal injury trial experience and extensive deposition experience, including corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts. This is a full-time Plaintiff Trial Attorney role located onsite in Austin, TX. The Plaintiff Trial Attorney will be responsible for a docket of 30-40 commercial and non-commercial cases under mentorship of management. Duties include working one-on-one with clients in the firm from case development, demand process, negotiations, and litigation process. You will work on the firm’s top and most complex cases in this role.
