We are looking for a Summer 2025 intern that is seeking a great opportunity within a fast-paced environment.
The role of the Accounting Intern is to assist the accounting team with a wide range of duties. These duties include helping with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Billing, Payroll, and the Monthly Financial Close process, as well as data analyzation and miscellaneous other projects.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Essential Job Functions:

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with accounting department with essential tasks.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable by contacting customers for payment and managing credit notes.
- Assist in requesting and managing supplier waivers.
- Assist billing with creating invoicing for Purchase Order jobs.
- Assist with various tax and accounts receivable projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
- Be detail oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated.
- Can foster positive relationships with fellow employees.
