Sanitary Tank and Vessel Fabricator in Roscoe, Illinois at RWS ONE

· Fabricate custom stainless tanks and vessels from beginning to end, including preparing all materials, roll shells, weld, grind, polish, build and install agitators

· Read, interpret and follow detailed vessel blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures

· Use GMAW, GTAW weld procedures and equipment set-up

· Ability and willingness to grind and polish welds, tank heads, and fittings to specified RA a plus

· Employ creative solutions to fabrication problems

· Must understand all levels of sanitary tank and vessel fabrication process from concept through completion

· Must be a quick learner who takes personal responsibility to complete tasks on time and with high level of accuracy

· Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

· 2+ years' experience in stainless, sanitary tank and vessel complete fabrication in food, diary, beverage industries

· High school diploma or equivalent

· ASME certified welder or sufficient experience to certify

· Proficiency in GMAW, GTAW weld procedures and equipment set-up and use preferred

· Able and willing to work overtime to meet deadlines
