Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, individual to partner with our team of canine coaches to manage and uphold our safety and cleaning protocols for our 3 dog playrooms! This is a role for someone who equally LOVES DOGS and their owners and is extremely detail oriented and fast paced. This is a hands on position in and out of the playrooms, managing a playroom or ensuring the coaches are supported in dog activities and cleaning protocols. Must be confident with all breeds of dogs and comfortable managing a playroom with large number of dogs in open play. Our rooms are indoor and off leash.

Key holder: Opening and Closing responsibilities include meal prep, feeding and caring for boarding dogs outside of playroom hours, ensuring the completion of the sanitation list for all areas of the store, preparation of meals or medications for boarding dogs. Completing opening and closing tasks such as laundry, mopping, dishes etc. Dog behavior and notes are logged properly and pet parents notified. Monitoring dogs behaviors, assisting in playroom games, communicating with coaches, giving wellness checks for dogs, managing rooms while coaches go on breaks.

Pay: Starting at $17

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

• OPENER AND CLOSER 6 am to 12:30pm or 1:45pm to 7:45pm.
• Minimum 1 year prior dog daycare experience is a MUST.
• Must be able to work at least 4-5 shifts a week (6 hour shifts) and have flexibility. AM starts at 6:00 AM and PM closes at 7:45pm Monday- Friday. Saturdays are shorter and Sunday boarding only shifts are available.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dog Bathing skills including nail trims are preferred!
• Must be a team player
