Job Description
Position Summary:
The Account Management Support Intern supports the Account Management team by monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate updates for both internal teams and customers. This role provides hands-on experience in freight visibility, shipment tracking, and problem resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment. The intern will work closely with Account Managers and gain exposure to supply chain processes, TMS tools, and customer communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
MonitorandtrackshipmentsthroughoutthetransportationlifecycleusingTMSandothertrackingtoolsCommunicateproactivelywithcarriers,customers,andinternalteamsregardingshipmentstatus,delays,andexceptionsAnalyzeshipmentdatatoidentifytrendsorpotentialissuesandprovideactionableinsightsAssistinresolvingshipmentdiscrepanciesordelaysDocumentandmaintainaccuraterecordsofshipmentupdatesandcommunicationsSupporttheAccountManagementteamonassignedprojectsrelatedtoshipmentvisibilityandprocessimprovementCollaboratewithteammemberstoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovingtrackingaccuracyandefficiencyCompetencies:

Education/Experience:
