Job Title: Station Manager
Location: Orlando, FL

Reports To: Director of Ground Services
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Individual is responsible for the operational planning, organizing and supervision, overseeing and supporting the performance of a team and station areas to deliver excellent and safe services across ramp and passenger service functions at a high-volume airport.
Essential Functions:
- Focuses on leading and developing the skills of station/passenger crew with the goal of continued improvement in delivering consistent and excellent customer service.
- Deliver a quality product in accordance with international aviation standards and remain compliant with all operational, safety and security policies and procedures.
- Works with airport operations, handling agents, security officials, and other airport stakeholders.
- Serves as subject matter expert on safety, service, and procedures as it pertains to working with airport operations, handling agents and security officials, and airport stakeholders as it related to EPA and OSHA to achieve goals.
- Provides briefings with the team to coordinate that the proper cargo is loaded and unloaded.
- Coordinates with the crew of the aircraft to ensure smooth operation of the flight.
- Provides required reports and service delivery measurements.
- Maintains station equipment to ensure operational support.
- Highly proficient in keeping costs of station operations at a minimum.
- May assist the HR Department with minimal functions or requirements as needed.
- Completes all mandatory regulatory and company required documentation of activities.
- Assists with any required station audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for gate and ramp agents.
- Ground Handling management experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Prior experience working with ground handling vendors and airport operations required.
- Ability to work with a multicultural work force, and to adjust to the local conditions of the station.
- Able to support other stations as required and ensure own station responsibilities are covered when on leave.
- Use of computers and other office equipment.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts.
Travel Requirements: Up to 100%
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs.
- Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs.
Work Environment:
- Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
