This role sits at the intersection of strategic consulting, customer success, and long-term partnership management, focused on driving measurable outcomes in higher education institutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior university leaders, helping them translate institutional priorities into actionable strategies powered by a student success platform. The position combines relationship ownership, strategic planning, and initiative leadership across multiple partners, ensuring each institution maximizes value and impact. You will oversee key initiatives from definition through execution oversight, while coordinating internal teams to deliver results. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where success is measured by partner satisfaction, retention, and expansion. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
You will own strategic partner relationships end-to-end, guiding institutions in defining, executing, and scaling initiatives that improve student success outcomes and drive platform value.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior institutional leaders and translate their priorities into actionable engagement roadmaps
- Co-develop multi-year strategic success plans aligned with institutional goals and platform capabilities
- Lead 1–3 concurrent strategic initiatives per partner, defining scope, success metrics, and executive alignment while overseeing execution via internal teams
- Manage ongoing executive communication including business reviews, progress updates, and strategic recommendations
- Drive partner retention, adoption, and value realization, ensuring strong usage and satisfaction metrics
- Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact and evolving partner needs
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into product, sales, and marketing teams to improve offerings and experience
- Maintain accountability for partner outcomes across a large portfolio of institutional relationships
You bring strong experience in client-facing strategy, consulting, or engagement leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, multi-organization programs.
- 2+ years of experience in education technology or higher education-related environments
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or client engagement roles within technology or systems integration firms
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
- Strong experience structuring and managing complex initiatives, including defining scope, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build ROI narratives and translate data into executive-level insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across senior audiences
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Experience driving renewals, expansion conversations, and commercial growth opportunities
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments with complex organizational dynamics
