Bilingual Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)/BCBA – Spanish/English

We are seeking a **Bilingual Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)/BCBA*
* who is fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about making a difference. This role involves working directly with children and caregivers to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior strategies in natural environments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans
* Provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings
* Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams
* Train and support parents/caregivers in Spanish and English
* Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
* Active **Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)*
* (PA) or BCBA/BCaBA certification
* Fluency in **Spanish and English (required)**
* Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
* Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Experience providing culturally responsive care
* Previous experience supporting Spanish-speaking families
