Tick and Mosquito Applicator at Ford's Hometown Services – Worcester, Massachusetts

As a Tick & Mosquito Applicator at Ford’s Hometown Services, you’ll help protect families and pets by reducing tick and mosquito activity on residential properties across Central Massachusetts. You’ll perform property inspections to identify breeding and harborage areas, then apply treatments safely and accurately—following all regulations and company standards—using our high-volume truck-mounted spray rigs (and backpack equipment when needed).

This role is hands-on and customer-facing: you’ll educate homeowners on prevention basics, document services and application details, and deliver consistent results through our traditional and organic treatment options (including programs that target key yard areas like wooded borders, beds, leaf litter, under decks, and more).

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors—someone who takes pride in safe application, clear communication, and doing the job right.
Hours: 7:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday, some overtime or varied hours may occur during peak season to include Saturdays
