From day one, you'll embark on an enriching training program, familiarizing yourself with our policies and procedures, and acquiring the skills needed to deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests expect. Our starting rate for Host/Hostesses is $10/hour, with the potential to earn up to $16.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and promptly seat guests with cheerfulness and courtesy.
• Open doors for arriving and departing guests, catering to their special needs.
• Manage the Wait List during peak hours to ensure smooth seating flow.
• Provide assistance to Servers as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for a pleasant dining environment.
• Answer phone calls and handle To-Go Orders efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
