The successful candidate will contribute to a high-performing, collaborative neurosurgical team committed to exceptional patient care, innovative clinical program development, and the education of the next generation of neurosurgeons. This faculty appointment is full-time, non-tenure track, and reports directly to the Chair of Neurosurgery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced spine surgical care, including complex and minimally invasive procedures.
• Participate in and help expand multidisciplinary spine program initiatives.
• Contribute to resident and medical student education through didactic teaching, clinical instruction, and mentorship.
• Engage in clinical and/or translational research, quality improvement initiatives, or scholarly activity aligned with departmental goals.
• Collaborate with faculty across neurosurgery and related specialties to advance service-line growth and patient outcomes.

• Experience with complex spine reconstruction, deformity correction, and/or minimally invasive approaches.
• Evidence of research productivity, grant potential, or interest in building a scholarly portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in clinical program building or service-line development.
