RV Country is looking for friendly and detail-oriented Order Entry Representatives to join our team! If you enjoy working with data, have a sharp eye for accuracy, and love providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine and accurately identify parts requested.
• Create or update part numbers using predefined procedures.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Data entry of orders on manufactures portals
• Review and update open purchase orders.
• Create special order parts on dealership computer system and notify appropriate personnel.
• Review and update special orders.

Qualifications

• Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail
• Consistent, dependable, and committed to follow-through
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

• Previous parts related exp preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• High school diploma or GED required
