The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually and is dependent on geographical location, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary Tier 1 support contact for a user base of more than 200 individuals across multiple GCC High and Moderate tenants. Communication responsibilities extend to end users as well, including providing timely updates on service changes, maintenance windows, and collecting user feedback to help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Finally, the role collaborates with cross-functional engineering and security teams to ensure alignment on issues impacting service reliability, user experience, and system security.
