Dream Dental is seeking a motivated and experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team in Goodlettsville, Tennessee! We are a busy, established practice with a supportive team environment, strong patient base, and excellent opportunities for long-term growth.

• Must be licensed in the State of Tennessee as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
• This is required — no exceptions
• Strong chairside assisting and restorative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Full-time rotating 4-day schedule:

• Week 1: Monday–Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday–Friday
• Week 3: Wednesday–Saturday
• Then repeats

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Operations Manager
