Job Summary: The Steel Layout Specialist reads prints and marks where clips and parts go on steel pieces along the production line. This role is key to keeping production moving and making sure everything is placed correctly before the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Mark clip and part placement on steel using chalk or tools.
• Double-check measurements for accuracy.
• Keep up with a fast-moving production line.
• Report any issues with materials or prints.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
