Pool Runner at Inn on Fifth, a Noble House Hotel – Naples, Florida

Job Duties:

As a Pool Runner at The Inn on Fifth, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. This position supports poolside operations by bussing and delivering food and beverages while providing attentive, personalized service in an elegant outdoor setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly walk the pool deck to maintain cleanliness and ensure all pathways remain clear, safe, and inviting
• Assist guests with pool towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas to enhance their comfort and relaxation
• Bus and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations
• Deliver attentive, detail-oriented service tailored to each guest’s individual needs
• Recognize guests by their last name whenever possible to create a personalized experience
• Address guest needs or concerns promptly upon first interaction
• Take ownership of guest requests and resolve opportunities with professionalism and care
• Consistently contribute to an exceptional and memorable poolside experience for every guest

Education & Experience:

· Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

· Previous experience in a similar position in a hospitality environment a plus.

· Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding

· Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.

· Attend and participate in-service training as required by federal, state, and company requirements.

· Report any safety and maintenance issues to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Physical Demands:

· Ability to work long hours as needed.

· Ability to lift 25 lbs.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to squat and bend.

· Ability to work in hot and humid conditions.
