Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with our property management team and gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare apartments for new residents (turns & move-outs)
  • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
  • Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented (curb appeal)
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
  • Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
  • Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
  • Troubleshoot and repair:
  • Plumbing
  • Basic electrical
  • Appliances
  • Carpentry & drywall
  • Roofing & flooring
  • Check irrigation systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
  • Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 months of related experience (preferred but not required)
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Your own set of tools
  • Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO (preferred but not required)
