If that sounds like you, the General Manager role at Burn Boot Camp may be your next big move.
As the senior operational leader of the Burn Boot Camp HQ Flagship location, you are fully accountable for performance, culture, and business results. You operate with the mindset of a Franchise Partner, driving results as if the business were your own—while leveraging the full power and resources of Burn Boot Camp Headquarters.
You’ll partner closely with HQ support teams including Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Operations to build strategy, execute with urgency, and deliver elite results.
This role is for leaders who want autonomy + support, high expectations + high reward, and the opportunity to directly impact lives, teams, and revenue—every single day.
Your Leadership Team Includes:
- Lead Trainer– owns the fitness product, trainer development, and camp execution
- Lead Burn Ambassador– drives front desk operations, membership sales, and the member experience
- Key Childwatch– oversees Childwatch operations, team leadership, and family support
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Leadership and management of the gym leadership team
- People strategy and execution
- Operations strategy and execution
- Blue Carpet Experience oversight
- Marketing strategy and execution
- Financial strategy and execution
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Average Unit Members (AUM)
- Gross Overall Revenue (GOR)
- Average Member Revenue (AMR)
- Membership growth and retention
- Retail and Burn Nutrition performance
- Payroll management and labor targets
- Expense management and budget adherence
- Overall gym profitability and financial health
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
- Confident in membership sales leadership
- Experienced in financial performance management including payroll and expense control
