Delivery Driver - Feed Department at River Country Cooperative – Miesville/Hastings, Minnesota

Position Overview: As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for getting both bulk and bag feed delivered to customers. Will work with the entire feed department team for coordination of deliveries and assistance with feed manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery: Delivering both bulk and bagged feed to customers within time requirements
• Customer Service: Assisting customers with feed and questions.
• Communication: Communicating with the feed team for coordinating routes, as well as communicating with customers on deliveries
• Planning: Planning delivery routes and delivery schedules with assistance from the feed team
• Maintenance: Standard maintenance on delivery vehicles as well as feed load out equipment
• Cleaning: Keeping delivery vehicles and load out area clean of trash, debris and spilled feed.
• Team Work: Assisting the rest of the team in other areas of the feed mill, that includes feed manufacturing, ingredient receiving, cleaning, and organizing.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Class B CDL or ability to get one in a timely matter
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• 2+ year’s CDL driving experience preferred
• Experience with feed or other agriculture fields
