Job Title: Men’s Locker Room Attendant – Wellness Center

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare and set up men's spa locker rooms in the morning for the day.Greet guests at check-in and provide tour and directions for their visit.Restock robes and amenities throughout the day.Restock showers and linens as needed throughout the day.Maintain lounge area with amenities.Assist members and guests as needed.Ensure members and guests are in the lounge before their appointment.Maintain cleanliness throughout the day.Assist with product inventory as needed.Assist with distributing and collecting laundry throughout the Spa, fitness center, and pool.Interact with members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.Be a pleasant team player with fellow co-workers and leadership. Adhere to the highest levels of hygiene and appearance. Uniform must be clean and pressed. Cigarette smoking/vaping is not permitted during shift due to the close proximity of members and guests. Hair, nails, breath and clothes must be always free of smoke smell.Maintain professional conversation with members and guests at all times.Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, pricing and protocols.Attend spa and company trainings and meetings as needed.Communicate member and guest feedback to Wellness Leadership Team as necessary.Report any maintenance issues as needed to Wellness Leadership Team.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail. Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: 

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment  

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
