This role is a key operational support position within a fast-paced healthcare recruiting environment, ensuring seamless coordination across the clinician hiring and onboarding lifecycle. You will play a central role in supporting recruiters, managing candidate workflows, and maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume administrative processes with precision and efficiency. You will coordinate interviews, support credentialing and onboarding, and ensure timely communication between clinicians, recruiters, and internal stakeholders. Working remotely, you will contribute to improving recruitment operations while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. This is a highly detail-oriented role where accuracy, responsiveness, and process discipline directly impact healthcare staffing success.
- Coordinate and schedule clinician interviews across multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth communication and calendar management.
- Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
- Manage candidate data, records, and workflows within ATS/CRM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Initiate background checks, reference verifications, credentialing, and onboarding activities for clinicians.
- Facilitate candidate outreach, lead generation, and ongoing communication to support recruitment pipelines.
- Maintain HRIS and time management system updates, including contractor (1099) lifecycle documentation.
- Support reporting, auditing, and data tracking activities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide responsive support to clinicians and internal teams to ensure a high-quality operational experience.
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating meetings and schedules using tools such as Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with clinicians, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, or HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Healthcare recruiting or clinical staffing experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $26.50 to $31.25 per hour
