Senior Landscaper at B&A Property Maintenance – Conway, Arkansas

B&A Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced Senior Landscaper with proven knowledge of landscaping and irrigation and a team mentality to keep projects running smoothly and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces our clients love. Job Type: Full-time

• Previous industry experience in landscape and irrigation maintenance (minimum 3 years required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Prior leadership or minimum foreman experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to navigate email and job tracking software
• Ability to both Lead and Follow with humility and ambition.
