REGISTERED NURSE

AA Spine & Pain Clinic is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast paced pain management clinic. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a mix of clinical, procedural, and patient care responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with controlled substance management, and experienced in assisting with interventional pain procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with in-office pain management procedures
• Administer and monitor sedation patients
• Fill and manage intrathecal pain pumps
• Order, track and maintain inventory of narcotics and controlled substances in compliance with all regulations
• Monitor patients pre- and post- procedure to include vital signs and recovery status
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, medications, and aftercare
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska
• Experience with conscious sedation strongly preferred
• Knowledge of narcotic handling, storage, and regulatory compliance
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Previous experience in pain management, procedural care or outpatient surgery preferred
