Role Summary

Taking direction from and reporting to the Shift Lead, this position involves labour-based activities for snow removal. Versatility, flexibility and a positive attitude are required in this position. The position is site based in the Edmonton area - It also requires each team member to work well with others in a safe and efficient manner and understands the importance of quality and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year experience on Construction site

Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Positive and safety conscious attitude
• Service equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Assistance in loading/unloading equipment at different work locations
• Capable of working in a safety focused team environment
• Reliable and have a strong work ethic
• Current Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Able to work overtime and weekends – shift work and travel required
• Able to work well individually or as a team & follow instruction effectively
• Experienced and competent and able to pass a competency assessment

Training & Certifications

• Class 5 driver’s license and ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract (required)
• Standard First Aid (required)
• CSTS 2020 (required)
