Bridal Party Attendant Job Description

Job Title: Bridal Party Attendant

Reports To: Director of Events

Location: The Carriage House

Status: Part Time

Summary:

The Bridal Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized support to the couple (and bridal party) throughout the wedding day. This role ensures the couple remains stress-free, organized, and always attended to by anticipating needs, managing small details, and assisting with attire, timeline coordination, and guest interactions.

Duties:

· Provide dedicated assistance to the couple before and during the event

· Help the couple get dressed, including gown, veil, shoes, and accessories

· Ensure the couple stays on schedule according to the wedding timeline

· Assist with touch-ups (dress adjustments, hair, makeup awareness)

· Handle minor emergencies calmly (spills, wardrobe fixes, etc.)

· Support the bridal party and family members when needed

· Distribute personal items or keepsakes as directed by the couple

· Provide refreshments and ensure the couple eats and stays hydrated

· Any other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in events, hospitality, or weddings preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods

· Ability to lift light items (garment bags, small kits, etc.)
