Fairfield Inn and Suites Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch and EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch by IHG!

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for two exceptional properties in Sarasota, Florida: the newly renovated Fairfield Inn and Suites and the EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch by IHG, which is scheduled for a comprehensive refresh in 2026 as part of its continued commitment to the "Wellness Your Way" guest experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality sales leader to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and champion the unique value of both brands.

Position Overview:

The Dual Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that maximize occupancy, market share, and overall revenue performance across both hotels. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering measurable sales results.

You will work closely with hotel leadership to drive business from corporate accounts, SMERF segments, group business, and local partnerships while maintaining a strong presence within the Sarasota market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Prospect, cultivate, and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
Generate new business through sales calls, site tours, networking events, and community engagement.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and secure business that aligns with hotel revenue objectives.
Lead and mentor sales team members while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and operational teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of hotel sales leadership experience with demonstrated success in revenue generation.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and market analysis tools.
Flexibility to attend client meetings, networking events, and occasional local travel as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event and sales setup activities.
