Crew Member at Fire Wings Inc – San Jose, California

Pay Range: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour

A Crew member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards of the Company. Depending on experience, availability and desire, a crew member will be trained in raw ingredient preparation, menu item preparation and guest service.

You may be required to frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. You will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and use hands to finger, handle or feel and lift up to 45 pounds.

Some examples of daily duties include Chicken preparation and cooking, Appetizer/Side items preparation and cooking, routine cleanings, dishwashing, order taking, cashier. Crew members are expected to manage and perform multiple tasks and able to work effectively within a team environment. Some job duties have limitations relative to age.

Qualifications:

• Good personal grooming & hygiene.
• Strong Communication & hands on Skills including multi-tasking
• Strong customer service skills
• Stand up for 8 hours
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
