Overview
Hiltz Commercial Group is seeking a driven Associate to join our team and build a career in commercial real estate brokerage.
This is not a plug-and-play role. It is an opportunity to gain direct exposure to active transactions, learn how deals actually get done, and build your own book of business over time.
Our team works across leasing, investment sales, and specialized asset classes, with a strong focus on complex, advisory-driven transactions. You will be expected to operate with urgency, think critically, and contribute early.

In the first 6–12 months, strong performance looks like:
- Consistently supporting senior brokers and associates across active transactions
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and following through without constant oversight

- Developing a working understanding of deal structure, negotiation flow, and transaction process

Compensation:$60,000 - $300,000+
Responsibilities:What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, outreach, and networking
- Work directly with senior brokers on active transactions from sourcing through closing
- Analyze properties, market data, and comparable sales to support deal strategy
- Prepare Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), offering materials, and client presentations
- Tour properties with clients and communicate positioning, pricing, and deal structure
- Assist in drafting and negotiating LOIs, leases, and purchase agreements
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title, and other parties throughout escrow
- Research ownership records, market trends, and off-market opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a long-term focus

Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in competitive environments (sales, athletics, leadership roles) is a plus
